Preparing your Home For Sale:
Staging your furniture, decluttering and keeping a clean home throughout the entire process is key to appealing to all buyers. Do not neglect the exterior of your home as well. Freshen up the paint, tidy up the landscaping and keep the entryways presentable at all times. This will ensure that you make the best first impression as well as leave a positive lasting one.

Price it Right:
You only get one opportunity to make a first impression so your list price should be appropriate for the current market. I will provide you with the sales comps and data about the market so that you will have the tools to arrive at the most appropriate list price. Most buyer traffic occurs during the first two to three weeks of listing your home so it is always best to have the right price when you have the largest audience.

Negotiate Offers:
Every offer is different in terms of price, contingencies and timing. Sometimes there can be multiple offers and a strategy will be needed on how to deal with them. I can be of assistance as we create a strategy that helps you achieve your goals.
