Advice for Sellers

As we approach the springtime in New England and the local real estate market gets ready to heat up, I like to remind prospective clients that not every seller faces the same hurdles, or takes the same approach. Some homeowners just need a helping hand, while others would benefit from the many services a good Realtor can provide. Some sellers enjoy being part of the team and the day to day decision making while others would rather hand you the keys, sit back and ask you to call when the sale is done. No matter which type of seller you are, or how much help you or your property might need along the way, there isn’t a scenario that I haven’t seen before and that I wouldn’t be able to assist you with. The strategies that I employ have been developed from two decades of personal client relationships, and enable me to evaluate the specific needs of each client to ensure we achieve the best results possible.

As with most professions, experience counts. Even in a real estate market such as ours, where homes in your neighborhood might be selling for a price you never imagined possible, we still focus on all the important details. Whether it is cleaning or painting, staging or photography, video or marketing, nothing is taken for granted. All too often in busy real estate markets, this attention to detail is lost and the potential negative effects of not presenting your property in its best light may not be fully realized. But why take that chance. Even small things can be significant.

If you are considering selling real estate this season, be sure to choose the right brand and the right agent to ensure a positive and successful experience. Let’s work together to make this happen.
